CS-8720B

The CEDAR Special CS-8720B is a Direct Drive, twin-needle, heavy-duty industrial sewing machine. It is designed for making two parallel rows of stitching at the same time and is equipped with an Operator Friendly Touch Button Panel for Programming. 

Uses:

        * Factories use it for canvas, leather, and heavy fabrics.  It can be equipped with a Rear Puller or Side Belt Puller.

The key specifications include:

     * Max Speed: Up to 3,000 stitches per minute.

     * Stitch Length: Up to 5 mm.

     * Needle Feed: Both the needle and the bottom "feed dog" (the metal teeth under the fabric) move to pull thick fabrics evenly.

     * Presser Foot Lift: Up to 13 mm with a knee lifter, or 8 mm automatically.

     * Needle Type: Uses DP × 5 needles.

     * Hook: Uses large vertical rotary hooks for larger bobbins.

     * Needle Gauges: Available gauge set sizes: 1/8" (3.2 mm), 3/16" (4.8 mm), 1/4" (6.4 mm), 3/8" (9.5 mm), up to 1/2" (12.7 mm) and higher depending on the specific application block installed.
