Large field CNC controlled pattern stitcher with a sewing field of 220mm x 100mm.

Equipped with a needle thread break sensor and a sewing speed of up to 2,800 spm this pattern stitcher series is a workhorse in the sewing industry.

Fields of application range from apparel to footwear to upholstery and automotive.

Quick Clamp Exchange System (Optional)

The quick exchange system for sewing clamps allows an overlaping working method. 

While sewing one clamp you can prepare a second clamp and easily change the clamps after the machine has finished the sewing cycle.

LCD Touch Screen

The intuitive 7.5" touch screen operating panel allows you wo modify existing sewing programs easily.

It also makes onboard creation (teach-in) of new sewing programs fast and easy. 

Programmable Thread Tension

The programmable thread tension allows to set a specific tension value per seam or seam segment. Values can be stored in a seam program and reproduced or shared at any time.

The integrated thread break sensor stops the sewing cycle when a breakage is detected to minimize waste.
