261 Single needle lockstitch machine with bottom feed

Whether light summer fabric or denim - many applications are possible.

The single needle lockstitch machines are equipped as standard with bottom feed and automatic functions like sewing foot lift, backtacking and thread trimmer. Depending on the subclass, the machines are equipped with a special short thread trimmer, which enables a thread end length of max. 3 mm.The control panel is perfectly integrated into the machine arm. Therefore it is easily accessible for the operator and allows quick settings for individual sewing. The minimum oil lubrication of the needle bar and the hook ensures a clean sewing area and guarantees a long service life of the machines.

   * Automatic sewing foot lifting, backtacking and thread trimmer/ short thread trimmer with a thread end length of max. 3 mm (depending on the subclass).

   * Bilingual operation panel (english and chinese).

   * LED sewing field lighting:

          The integrated, dimmable LED sewing field lighting supports visibility without creating shadows.

   * Minimum oil lubrication

           The minimum oil lubrication of the needle bar and the hook ensures a clean sewing area and guarantees a long service life of the machines.

   * Thread nipper

           The machine achieves an accurate seam beginning by means of the standard thread nipper. It pulls the thread ends to the left material side and thus achieves a clean right fabric side where the seam ends are not visible.

   * Integrated touch control panel for programming and calling up of seam programs (exclusively available for class 262-02).

          The touch control panel is perfectly integrated into the machine arm (exclusively available for class 262-02). It is therefore easily accessible for the operator and allows quick settings for individual sewing.

   * The USB slot can be used e.g. for charging cell phones or other USB interfaces.
