CS-12080
Our CS-12080 is one of our larger Programmable Pattern machine. Used in operations like Home Décor, Large Interior Patterns to be seamless and much more.
* Some features of the machine include:
* Sewing Speed: 2,500 spm, (XY Axis moving speed maximum 10meters/minute.
* Hook: 2X Japan Hirose Hook / Koban Hook (3X Size Hook is Optional).
* Uses latest A8 CPU, Disk/USB Date Memory, XYZ Servo Motor, Highly Accurate (to 0.001mm).
* All templates work with Intelligent Judgement.
* Thread - Break Detector. (Bottom thread stitch quantity is optional).
*Sewing Area: X = 1,200mm, Y = 800mm. Larger sizes are available.
* Needle Type: DPx5 / DPx17
* Sewing Thickness: 0.1mm - 10mm.
* Presser Foot: Electropneumatic.
* Applications: Tents, Sleeping Mats, Drapes, Banners, etc...
In this video, we are sewing more than 200 MOLLE Style Bar Tacks per pallet. The right and left sides of the webbing is hot cut and turned under.
The 2nd pallet in this video has longer left and right tabs to be able to reach over the extended panel to hold the folded webbing.
This machine is equipped with a bar code reader that switches the program automatically between pallets.

205 Binder
There are a few different styles of the 205 binder. It can be mounted on a swingout, flat bed, or a slide plate. Available for Lock Stitch or Chain Stitch machines as well as Single Needle or Double Needle machines. Also available as a Moving Binder Series to help achieve better quality on inside and outside curves.
A Binding Reel is available along with special Gauge Sets to suit specific operations.

252 Binder
The 252 Binder is often referred to as a "C Type" binder. Produced for binding that is coming from a roll. Can be mounted to a front slide plate or on a swingout. Available in various configurations.
A Binding Reel is available along with special Gauge Sets to suit specific operations.

CXT2241
Our CEDAR Special CXT2241-52P2 has a Top Feed to assist the bottom feed for Binding Heavy Fabrics with a Single Needle 401 Stitch Type. At 7,000 spm, it does a wonderful job.
