The CS-5100D Series is a Direct Drive, Cylinder Bed Overlock Machine with Lower Differential Feed Mechanism. It also comes in a Variable Top Feed Version for heavy fabrics.

* Robust single needle lockstitch sewing machine with cylinder arm and large vertical hook for medium heavy materials Equipped with bottom feed, needle feed and alternating top feed.
* Due to the design of the 269 series with the use of a large vertical hook, the machine excellently meets the requirements for processing very dense and stiff materials.
The possibility of damage to the hook due to needle deflection during sewing is minimized.
* This also minimizes downtimes and maintenance requirements.
* A common application is, for example, the sewing of rubber lips on hard cases, the production of tool bags, but also used in particular for processing tubular, or pre-assembled, closed articles, also in the production of bridles for equestrian sports or dog leashes and harnesses.

- Hot air tape welding machine for continuous seam sealing of water repellent, waterproof and breathable materials.
- All welding parameters are programmable via touch screen and can be saved as a program.
- This allows the operator to load a saved program at any time and therefore ensure exact reproducibility and process security of the weld seam.
- The upper and lower transport rollers are driven separately by motors and thus ensure optimum adaptation of the material transport to the respective operation, with or without fullness.
- The machine welds immediately from the beginning of the tape, there is no loose ends and no need to re-cut the tape.
- The result is lower tape consumption and less cost than with other tape welding machines.
- The tape cutter is electronically controlled and easily adjustable.
