Hot Air - Seam Sealing Machine
Mauser Spezial MW1720-384
- Hot air tape welding machine for continuous seam sealing of water repellent, waterproof and breathable materials.
- All welding parameters are programmable via touch screen and can be saved as a program.
- This allows the operator to load a saved program at any time and therefore ensure exact reproducibility and process security of the weld seam.
- The upper and lower transport rollers are driven separately by motors and thus ensure optimum adaptation of the material transport to the respective operation, with or without fullness.
- The machine welds immediately from the beginning of the tape, there is no loose ends and no need to re-cut the tape.
- The result is lower tape consumption and less cost than with other tape welding machines.
- The tape cutter is electronically controlled and easily adjustable.
Typical applications include:
* Tents, Sleeping Bags, Rain Suits, Dry Storage Coverings, etc.
Standard Equipment for the MW-1720-384:
* Post from the front for easy handling of garments, protective apparel and other outdoor items such as tents or other flat workpieces.
* Steel lower transport roller in conjunction with a silicone upper transport roller, both with a width of 25 mm.
* The machine is equipped with a 22 mm hot air nozzle to process seam sealing tape of the same width.
* The electronic tape cutter can cut tapes up to 25 mm width.
To boost productivity, the machine is able to run welding speeds of up to 14 meters per minute.
It is completely set up on a height adjustable stand set with table top for sitting down operation.
* Other setups and equipment are available on request.

261 Single needle lockstitch machine with bottom feed
Whether light summer fabric or denim - many applications are possible.
The single needle lockstitch machines are equipped as standard with bottom feed and automatic functions like sewing foot lift, backtacking and thread trimmer. Depending on the subclass, the machines are equipped with a special short thread trimmer, which enables a thread end length of max. 3 mm.The control panel is perfectly integrated into the machine arm. Therefore it is easily accessible for the operator and allows quick settings for individual sewing. The minimum oil lubrication of the needle bar and the hook ensures a clean sewing area and guarantees a long service life of the machines.

* Automatic sewing foot lifting, backtacking and thread trimmer/ short thread trimmer with a thread end length of max. 3 mm (depending on the subclass).
* Bilingual operation panel (english and chinese).

* LED sewing field lighting:
The integrated, dimmable LED sewing field lighting supports visibility without creating shadows.
* Minimum oil lubrication

* Thread nipper
The machine achieves an accurate seam beginning by means of the standard thread nipper. It pulls the thread ends to the left material side and thus achieves a clean right fabric side where the seam ends are not visible.
* Integrated touch control panel for programming and calling up of seam programs (exclusively available for class 262-02).
The touch control panel is perfectly integrated into the machine arm (exclusively available for class 262-02). It is therefore easily accessible for the operator and allows quick settings for individual sewing.
* The USB slot can be used e.g. for charging cell phones or other USB interfaces.

The CEDAR Special CS-1968PRO is a Digital Lockstitch Sewing Machine. An advanced, computerized single-needle, flat bed, lockstitch industrial sewing machine.
It features high-tech digital controls, a large LCD touch display, and step-by-step motor drives for precise material feeding and automated functions such as:
* Automatic Thread Trim
* Auomatic Back Tack
* Automatic Foot Lift
It adopts step-by-step drive for feeding, thread trimming, and presser foot lifting.
The minimum stitch length adjustment is 0.1mm. There is no sound during thread trimming.
Synchronous belt transmission, fast speed, low sound, low vibration and other advantages.
The oil-free thread take-up lever, the needle bar surface is plated with DLE, and the sealed oil box avoids the contamination of the sewing material caused by oil stains.
