* Robust single needle lockstitch sewing machine with cylinder arm and large vertical hook for medium heavy materials Equipped with bottom feed, needle feed and alternating top feed.
* Due to the design of the 269 series with the use of a large vertical hook, the machine excellently meets the requirements for processing very dense and stiff materials.
The possibility of damage to the hook due to needle deflection during sewing is minimized.
* This also minimizes downtimes and maintenance requirements.
* A common application is, for example, the sewing of rubber lips on hard cases, the production of tool bags, but also used in particular for processing tubular, or pre-assembled, closed articles, also in the production of bridles for equestrian sports or dog leashes and harnesses.
* The use of a large vertical hook makes it possible to work with dense materials and multi layered workpieces.
* This minimizes the risk of damage to the hook due to needle deflection.
* In addition, the standard overload clutch prevents damage to the hook by unhooking the bottom feed when the machine is overloaded.
* The bottom feed and needle feed in conjunction with the alternating top feed ensure a high pull through force and uniform material feed With the top feed stroke of 5 mm, material thickening and cross seams in the seam course can be climbed over.

MA 1245 Single and two-needle lockstitch flat bed sewing machines with unison feed.

* The 1235 series is the latest development of the well-known and most widely used 335 triple feed cylinder arm machine worldwide.
* In the equipment line with automatic functions, such as electromagnetic thread trimmer, electropneumatic foot lift and seam backtacking, the Mauser Spezial 1235 also has an integrated 750W direct drive with built-in control panel.
* Thus equipped, the Mauser Spezial 1235 continues to be a reliable production tool in the manufacture of leather goods, handbags and suitcases.
* The Mauser Spezial MH-1235 is a universally applicable free-arm machine that is used in particular for processing tubular or pre-assembled, closed articles.
* The narrow cylinder arm with a diameter of only 51mm allows the machine to be used on workpieces with a small cross-section.
