The CS-3020H is our Heaviest programmable electronic pattern sewing machine for extra heavy duty lifting slings.
The special extra large shuttle hook and bobbin capacity offers high efficiency in sewing products using extra thick thread and has a thread rating up-to Metric size #4, V693, 2000dx3.

The CS-5100D Series is a Direct Drive, Cylinder Bed Overlock Machine with Lower Differential Feed Mechanism. It also comes in a Variable Top Feed Version for heavy fabrics.

The CEDAR Special CS-8720B is a Direct Drive, twin-needle, heavy-duty industrial sewing machine. It is designed for making two parallel rows of stitching at the same time and is equipped with an Operator Friendly Touch Button Panel for Programming.
Uses:
* Factories use it for canvas, leather, and heavy fabrics. It can be equipped with a Rear Puller or Side Belt Puller.

In this video, we are sewing more than 200 MOLLE Style Bar Tacks per pallet. The right and left sides of the webbing is hot cut and turned under.
The 2nd pallet in this video has longer left and right tabs to be able to reach over the extended panel to hold the folded webbing.
This machine is equipped with a bar code reader that switches the program automatically between pallets.
